About the Role
As a Flex Sales Associate, you’ll be the ultimate Pandora fan—delivering exceptional customer experiences, surpassing sales goals, and supporting store operations during peak hours (evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events).

Your Impact
•Build genuine connections with customers and exceed sales goals
•Deliver unforgettable shopping experiences and inspire personal storytelling through jewelry
•Maintain merchandising and operational standards
•Work a flexible schedule, typically 4 hours per month during slower periods and up to 12 hours per week during peak seasons

•Strong communication and relationship-building skills
•Results-oriented mindset and team-player attitude
•Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
•Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
