Our store is currentlyseeking motivated energetic Part- Time Sales Associates with flexible availability.

• Recruits, interviews, hire, and train all kiosk associates. Initiates training and adheres to all company training procedures.
• Provides on-going training to all associates so as to maximize sales
• Assures proper money handling techniques are used in keeping with Hickory Farms' policies and procedures, including register operation and bank deposits.
• Directs and oversees the activities of the kiosk.
• Assures the duties, responsibilities and authority of each subordinate are clearly defined and communicated.
• Completes all new hire paperwork, payroll transmittals and timesheets and submits to the Home Office on a timely basis.
• Maintains and stocks kiosk with product as needed.

• Recruit, Train and develop staff for store opening, ensuring all positions are filled in a timely manner with qualified personal
• Demonstrate sale leadership for stuff by playing an active role on the selling floor

Overview:
 

As a Holiday/Seasonal Receiving/Merchandise Processing Associate, you will be an integral part of Macy's ability to maintain our high service and presentation standards during the fast-paced holiday season.  You will have the opportunity to work a flexible schedule on a temporary basis, including weekends and busy events such as the day after Thanksgiving and the day after Christmas. 

While all holiday positions require working as part of a team to meet department and store objectives, your individual responsibilities will focus on the timely execution of the receiving process including unloading trucks, sorting, staging and delivering merchandise receipts to the floor for placement, ensuring floor readiness by store opening, keeping the selling floor stocked with merchandise, and organizing the selling floor and stock areas.  And don't forget - just in time for holiday shopping, you will receive an employee discount of up to 20% starting your first day!

Key Accountabilities:

• Assist unloading, sorting, staging and categorizing of merchandise
• Plan and execute movement of merchandise to the processing area

• Provide support for major sales events
• Assist with special projects as needed
